Return Policy 

There will be a $5 cleaning fee for items eligible for return. 

Our policy lasts 30 days for online purchases. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

In-store purchases have a 7 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (and un-opened if applicable), tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Masks
  • Swimwear
  • Period products
  • Discounted, promotional, or sale items are final sale.
  • Eco Pretty, Upcycle Lifestyle and Modern Thrift Collective items are final sale.
  • Gift cards
  • As Is items
  • Clearance sale items
  • Customized items
  • Opened items
Return Conditions 

You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of delivery for online orders. The product must have tags attached. If the product has been ruined or signs of use, the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to track the return shipment if needed.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we can issue a refund or exchange.

 

Returning A Package 
You are responsible for the payment of postage to return your order.  If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Le Prix is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to send a copy of the tracking information for your return parcel to our team. If the package is lost without tracking information, we are not responsible for the loss.

Transport Damage 
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. 

Unclaimed Packages 
For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, Le Prix reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

For orders that are not picked up in-store or curbside within 30 days, and you have not made an attempt to contact us and arrange pick-up in a timely manner, you have forfeited the products in your order to be charged a 20% restocking fee (with a minimum of $5) and returned to Le Prix's inventory.  Sale, discounted or promotional items are final sale and will be returned to Le Prix's inventory with no refund.
