Getting Your Purchase To You:

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We will make sure to get your order to you within the timeline provided at checkout. The estimated delivery date will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We rarely ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note: Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.

If you're getting your package shipped and you live in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, we will use Eco Courier, an emission-free delivery company. Yay for sustainability!

Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within Canada. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to all other destinations outside of Canada.
