Pick Up Your Order
Most items should be available for pickup within 24 hours after your order is placed.
WHAT TO BRING: When picking up your order, please bring a printed or digital version of your order confirmation and a valid ID.
Ordering & Payment
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total.
Gift Cards & E–Gift Cards
E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Gift cards may be purchased online or in store, in CAD.
Payment Issues
If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. For further assistance, please contact us.
